Michael James Saucier, Sr., of Covington, La., passed away on October 27, 2022, at home, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 78. He is also survived and remembered lovingly by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Michael is preceded in death by his late wife of 45 years, Jennie Rose Mangipano Saucier, and his parents, the late Henry Desire Saucier and Ona Mae Lemoine Saucier. Michael was born in New Orleans to Henry and Ona Mae Saucier on November 18, 1943 and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He worked as a project manager for the federal government for 35 years.
